Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please feel free to call the store(s) directly if you have any questions regarding fit or sizing before placing your order.
All garments can be returned for a complete refund or exchange within 14 days of the original shipping date. Any shipping fees (if package was not shipped by Free Standard Shipping) are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. Anything shipped to re-find after the 14 DAY PERIOD WILL BE CONSIDERED AN UNAUTHORIZED RETURN and will be rejected. SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE.
Please include the original sales receipt (or copy) and let us know if you wish to return or exchange for another size/item. If you could call or e-mail us before that, we would be happy to set the new item aside for you. All return shipping is paid for by the customer and not the responsibility of re-find.
If returning for REFUND please allow 7 to 10 business days for transit and an additional 3 business days to process your credit. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days after receipt of package. The exchange will be re-shipped at re-find's expense. If the returned item is not available for exchange, re-find will issue a credit to the original form of payment.
All returns should be shipped in a manner that a tracking number will be available.

Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order once it is placed, we will make every effort to accommodate you. If the order has already been shipped, changes can be handled through our exchange and return policy.
